Every Gwent used forklift that we carefully select and support with a FULL WARRANTY of up to 6 months, undergoes a series of rigorous checks and tests on all mechanical, safety and comfort components.
Our skilled engineers carefully ensure that:-
- Oils & Filters are changed
- All Electronics are tested
- Engine & Transmission components checked for wear
- Hydraulics operate smoothly
- Axles assessed for wear and tear
- Brake Shoes replaced
- Steering tested for travel
- Tyres check, wear and safety
- Overhead guard assessed for safety
- Forks & Load Backrest checked for wear
- Mast & Chains are with tolerances
- All moving parts are lubricated
- Seat, Cabin and Heating Systems operate effectively
When our engineers are confident that the forklift truck has passed its mechanical scrutiny, they turn their attention to a cosmetic repair and repaint to the customer’s specification.
Before we transport the lift truck to site, we invite the customer to personally carry out an inspection to ensure complete satisfaction with the refurbishment program.
