Planned Service & Maintenance
Regular, planned service & maintenance of your EP forklift truck by our qualified and experienced forklift engineers can significantly reduce your overall running costs and reduce the possibility of a breakdown. We can diagnose issues before they become obvious, thus reducing forklift downtime and unplanned costs. Factoring in your usage and environment, Gwent Mechanical Handling will work with you to determine the correct frequency of planned maintenance visits per year.
All In Maintenance

Gwent Mechanical Handling offer an All In Maintenance package that allows customers who own or lease their own machines to manage their maintenance costs on a monthly basis. The package is constructed taking into account all routine and unplanned maintenance costs, excluding damage. Additional services that can be budgeted in this package are tyres and Thorough Examinations.
Don’t forget, there is also a legal side to regular forklift service and maintenance and so the company undertaking this work for you is extremely important. The Fork Lift Truck Hire Association state that as a company using forklift trucks you have a number of important legal responsibilities including ensuring your fork lift truck is always in good repair (provision and use of work equipment regulations act 1998).
